The Best Ethical Soap Producer:
Johnson's 4 surprises get from Johnson's Baby Soap proven by 730, 150g of a soap cost at HK$6 per unit (average retail price), contains 8 chemical ingredients only.

4 Addition functions are provided as followings:
A) To clean off underwear's yellow smudge stains around 5 to 8 mins
B) To wash off newspaper's ink stains on hands within 30s
C) To clean off tea stains on clothes within 5 mins
D) To clean off sweat stains on clothes/towels around 5 to 8 mins

Stains are removed after using a small brush, some soaps & water. WASH WITH SOAP => BRUSH=> RINSE => WASH WITH SOAP => BRUSH=> RINSE ...until stains are removed successfully. To choose a stiff or soft brush to clean stains on clothes/towels depended on personal habits.

If the sweat stain is over 2 years or above, more serious stain remained on clothes/towels after using effective soap, you will need to use some of Colgate's toothpaste that contains 0.22 w/w (1000 ppm F) of sodium fluoride to wash it. If angry sweat stain remains, try to use 100% bleach to wash around 2 hours.

STEAM EGG

A. STEAM EGG

Dish for 2 people, cooking time around 5 to 6 mins

MATERIALS:
3 to 4 eggs
Around 120 to 150ml of boiled cool water
Few salt, oil and sauce

STEP:
1) Prepare 3 to 4 eggs (unfreeze first);
2) Wash watts dish, then wipe off with dishcloth;
3) Stir eggs in the watts dish;
4) Stir after seasoning egg pulp with little salt and adding around 120 to 150ml boiled cool water. Last adding little oil on egg pulp. Marinating for at least 15 mins;
5) Simmer to boil water in the wok first. If using electric steamer, adjust firepower to 6 (total 10) to boil;
6) Before put the prepared egg pulp to steam, wipe off the inner of steamer and the underneath of cover;
7) Cover the wok, let the egg pulp simmer around 5 to 6 mins;
8) To serve, top the egg pulp with light soya sauce.

B. STEAM EGG WITH OYSTER BEAN CURD (TOFU)

Dish for 2 people, cooking time around 15 to 16 mins

MATERIALS:
3 to 4 eggs
Around 120 to 150ml of boiled cool water
Few oyster
1 box of steam bean curd (tofu)
Few salt, oil and sauce

STEP:
1) Prepare 3 to 4 eggs (unfreeze first);
2) Wash watts dish, then wipe off with dishcloth;
3) Stir eggs in the watts dish;
4) Stir after seasoning egg pulp with little salt. Marinating for at least 15 mins;
5) Cutting tofu in horizonlly split and put on watts dish;
6) After washed oyster, adding it with little salt and put it together with tofu on watts dish;
7) Simmer to boil water in the wok first. If using electric steamer, adjust firepower to 6 (total 10) to boil;
8) Simmer oyster and tofu for 7 to 8 mins;
9) If remaining water on watts dish after steamed oyster and tofu, adding the prepared egg pulp on watts dish to simmer again around 9 to 10 mins;
10) Before put the prepared egg pulp to steam, wipe off the inner of steamer and the underneath of cover;
11) Cover the wok, let the egg pulp simmer around 5 to 6 mins;
12) To serve, top the egg pulp with light soya sauce.

甲、 清蒸水蛋
2人份量,3~4隻雞蛋,蒸約5~6分鐘,冷開水約120~150ml

步驟:
1) 先從雪櫃裡取出雞蛋3隻,放涼待用;
2) 瓦碟洗淨後,用洗碗布抹乾水份;
3) 在碟內打蛋後拌勻,再加少量鹽調味,並拌勻;
4) 再加入約 120毫升冷開水,拌勻後加入適量油,再拌勻;
5) 在碟內完成蛋漿後,待用約15分鐘才放進以中細火煮沸水的蒸爐內或以電子蒸爐調較6度(10度計);
6) 放進蒸爐前,先將蒸爐蓋及內鍋抹乾水份,蒸約 5至6分鐘完成;
7) 完成後,在蛋面放適量豉油調味。

乙、蠔肉豆腐蒸水蛋
2人份量,3~4隻雞蛋,蒸約15~16分鐘,如果保留蒸蠔肉豆腐後的水,不用再加冷開水在蛋漿

步驟:
1) 先將一磚蒸煮豆腐,用生果刀上下切開兩層放在碟內;
2) 將蠔肉洗淨放在豆腐面上,灑上少許鹽調味;
3) 用中細火將蒸爐煮熱,將蠔肉豆腐蒸約7~8分鐘;
4) 再將事前準備的蛋漿(4隻蛋),加入碟內,蒸約9~10分鐘;
5) 最後,在蛋面加入豉油便完成。
